What is Risk Management?
Risk Management is the art or science of anticipating and controlling all elemental, inherent and environmental hazards (risks) that could cause financial loss, and determining the most efficient means of financing such loss.
This Risk Management approach will result in a client specific customized risk management program. This serves as a foundation that is combined with IPNEs resources and expertise which will result in a mutually beneficial client relationship.
Strategic Action Plan Assessment Development
Whether a client is large or small, personal or commercial, our commitment and strategy approach is the same.
Develop a customized risk management action plan that meets the specific
individualized exposures, needs and capabilities of the client. This action plan
is accomplished through a personal risk assessment fact find with the client.
Presentation to the client of a detailed proposal of insurance that includes: a
review of the results of the fact find and risk evaluation; a presentation of
recommended coverages; all acquired quotations from carriers; and
explanation of recommendations.
A mutually agreed upon review of the written action plan that will ensure the
updating of such plan to meet the changing needs and exposures of clients
as well as the continued timely and professional delivery of service to their
expectations.
